With over 25 years of senior leadership and coaching experience across the UK, USA and China, I have spent my career supporting people and organisations to unlock their potential, through connection, self-awareness and purposeful leadership. I have worked across multinationals, government, a family-led B Corp and consultancy, and in 2011 I was honoured to receive an MBE for my leadership as UK Pavilion Director at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.

My background as a senior leader means I understand the realities of leading in complex, fast-changing environments and my coaching helps people navigate these challenges with clarity, courage and compassion.
