I have spent 25+ years living and working in the UK, USA and China elevating the potential of people and their organisations as a heart-driven leader, communicator, facilitator, and coach. Mentoring and coaching has always been the best part of my job, as a Senior leader I supported my team to grow, be appreciated and promoted. I have worked in multinationals, government, a family led B Corp, consultancy, and now I work for myself and in 2011 I was honoured to receive an MBE in recognition of my leadership as the UK Pavilion Director at The World Expo 2010, Shanghai.
